Dust problem and solution

ABOUT POWDER

Powder comes from:

  1. From granule
  2. From freeze dry
  3. From spray dry
  4. From others

The particle size of powder produced through the above way is not stable, they will have some bigger and some smaller particle. When filling, the smaller and light particle will suspend following the air flow and/or rebound when contacting any surface.

ABOUT DUST

We cannot prevent or stop the dust because it is a physical phenomena of nature but the dust is influential to the packaging.

 

Normally speaking, the influence to the packaging is:

  1. It is not easy to keep clean of the equipment.
  2. The sealing quality will be not stable during production.
  3. If the bearing is covered by dust, the parts life will be short.
  4. Filling area is dusty and not easy to clean.

SOLUTION 1

We have dust collection nozzle to collect the dust in filling area.

SOLUTION 2

We have another dust collection nozzle in static stretching area to collect the dust when bag closing.

 

SOLUTION 3

The material of frontal contact parts is stainless steel 304/316, non-contact parts is also using SUS304 and 5/6 aluminum, both of them are easy clean and no rusty problem in the future. The moving parts which needs lubrication is behind the machine far away from dust.

SOLUTION 4

Our HFFS machine is equipped with safety door, machine auto-stop when door opens. It is capable with CE standard. The dust will not able to fly outside to effect the clean room.
